Writing 110 Reflection, it was a pretty good time yeah :D

Since the second semester started back in February I've been in Writing class, for the last five months and really enjoyed it! Everything I learnt in this class was fun and excitable, and I learnt a lot, although it was challenging at times. I really did enjoyed this class and it was one of my favorites of my second semester!
The most difficult type of writing I did this year was probably the pervasive writing i did last week. It was so hard for me because with that particular type of writing because I couldn't really pick a funny topic to do and write a lot on, so I had to pick a serious topic (and being serious is one of my strong points!). The writing I found the easiest this course had to be anything that I got to be creative on and really use my imagination. I found ones like that so easy because I have an over active imagination, probably from watching all the TV I watch like Buffy and Ugly Betty. The writing piece that I like the best is an extremely hard question because I really do like all my writing assignments because I'm proud and still a little astonished that I did all this. But if I do have to put down my favorite one I would have to say it is the pervasive essay Imma Adopt a Lil Asian Bebe !! :D I did last week, because I had to put a lot of research and time into it to make sure I did a good job on it. Link http://blackvillewriting80.blogspot.com/2010/06/imma-adopt-lil-asian-bebe-d.html. I had a chance to go redo any of my assignment I would go back and redo is The Christmas Story !!! :D. I would redo this because I think I did a pretty poor job on it because I was in a rush to do it and just did it for the hell of it. Link http://blackvillewriting80.blogspot.com/2010/04/christmas-story-d.html .
I have must of peer evaluated like 60 different times!!!!!! I found thought of it as kind of a nascence at first but then when I could use the notes from them to better my work, I realized that they actually did help. So after I realized they helped I didn't mind doing them. Back in my writing inventory I stated that my weakness was that I have very poor spelling and punctuations skills, but now I do believe that I have gotten better at this, because when ever I got marked they would always comment on my spelling and punctuation, so it made want to strive to get a mark back that said there were no errors of that sort! I don't think that ever happened, but I have improved outstandingly so its all good!
The three most enjoyable activities I did were the one minute video, the how to video and Young Lads Adventure! I enjoyed these one soo much because I got to use my imagination and had free range to do what ever I wanted! The three least enjoyable things I did were The Pigs that Pushed Their Sibling out the Window!, The three Grammar Writing Exercises and The Christmas Story. I didn't enjoy these activities because two of them had to do with spelling and grammar (one of my weak points), and the other one I didn't really pay attention to.
Ive been taking this course since second semester and have really enjoyed. Whether it be from writing articles, making videos or just because I am able to let my imagination run wild! So I would like to thank Mr. Carter for having this class and thank him for the skills I will be taking away from this, that I will keep and use for the rest of my life ! :)

Imma Adopt a Lil Asian Bebe !! :D

Adoption is where some one takes a child that is not biologically theres in as their own, to raise and treat as if it was there own child. Adoption has been around for decades if not centuries, where people would take in their siblings or neighbors children if they are deceased, and now most people adopt when they can not have children of there own. But the process of adoption is very difficult, it takes any where from a couple of months (in special situations), to a number of years! So the how adoption is very vigorous and difficult at times, but in the end is always rewarding. So I have a few things I would like to change about it would be things like that adoption in your home country should be easier, the time should be lessened to adopt, more good eligible people should be able to adopt!

A lot of the time when you hear or talk about adopting, you are usually saying that you would like to adopt a little foreign baby from some poor or overpopulated country. Most people say this not realizing that a lot of adopted children are from different countries because it it soo hard to adopt in your own country! The main reasons is because in countries like Canada, USA or ever England because we have extremely strict rules and regulations that you must file and do be for your even considered to be put on a waiting list, plus the waiting list have hundred of people on them! Causing a lot of people to travel to foreign countries like China and Africa where they can adopt a child more easily because they have soo many eligible kids that need a home fast so the process is usually a lot quicker too! That has to do with why some celebrities are running around with African or other poverty stricken children.

The wait for when you adopt a child is usually between a year to five years, and some have gone longer. When you think about this it sounds pretty crazy, because when a lot of people want to adopt they usually want a baby, but if you wanted to adopt a baby and had to wait FIVE YEARS the baby isn't a baby anymore! So i would only make sense to speed up the process to make it better a less stressful for both the parent and the child. But of course they have to do some checks on you to make sure that your not a schizophrenic pedophile, and make sure that you can support the baby and stuff, but you don't need to take five years to do what you could do with in months.

Luckily we live in a part of the world were everyone is considered equal and have rights, so if we are all the same why are there some people that aren't always allow to adopt or have a harder time adopting? For many years now gay/lesbian and single parents have been trying to adopt haven't been judged fairly because of the who they are or because they are single. Although throughout all of Canada as a gay/lesbian and single parents are legally allowed to adopt it is way harder for them, then a straight two parent family. Why you may ask, it is because there are some people in the world that don't think gay or single parents could raise children right, and with them they always to extra things to make sure they could raise a child and they are often harder on them to. But really it is people like that that cant raise a child right because with ideas like that it proves that they discriminate and probably will attempt to raise their children to think the same thing, when a single or gay parent would try to raise their children to be more open minded because of what people think of them.

"But they need to keep these measures in place to protect the safety of the children" some people who say when they are trying to crush my ideas, but in a rebuttal i am not saying that you must eliminate the laws in tact I am just saying that the laws could be lessen to help people be able to give these children a happy home more quickly. "...to protect.." when they say that do they mean protect the children from gay or single parents? If so then someone must find these children and protect them from ideas like that because its things like that that cause discrimination and prejudice in the youth, from people that have ideas like that.

Adoption is a long a strenuous battle for happiness of both children and parents to come together to make a family, so if it becomes more available for people, the wait is reduced and anyone that wants to start a family can whether it be a single parent of a gay or lesbian couple, a happy family will be made sooner. I'll say tell you my thesis one more time, "So I have a few things I would like to change about it would be things like that adoption in your home country should be easier, the time should be lessened to adopt, more good eligible people should be able to adopt!". I would like to leave you with a quote about adoption to keep you thinking, "It has been said that adoption is more like a marriage than a birth: two (or more) individuals, each with their own unique mix of needs, patterns, and genetic history, coming together with love, hope, and commitment for a joint future. You become a family not because you share the same genes, but because you share love for each other." - Joan McNamara

The Day the Music Died Review !

http://www.teenink.com/opinion/movies_music_tv/article/206127/The-Day-the-Music-Died/
The article I picked is titled "The Day the Music Died". I found it on the interwebs *cough* Teen Ink *cough* .com . It was written by Evely Nibarra. All the opening paragraph is, is a thesis, there is nothing else to it except for the thesis. The thesis is Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, and Pop, all types of music, are amazing beats and catchy tunes, but what lies underneath all of the repeating rhythms and mainstream glamour?. The opening paragraph caught my attention because it asked a question that appealed to me, because I have noticed that a lot of popular songs nowadays don't really have much meaning to them. The article has eight paragraphs. All the paragraphs elaborate more on the thesis explaining some facts and the writers opinion. One example of this is "Take the Beattle’s for example; their songs helped people escape the terrors of the Vietnam War. When you heard their songs, you escaped the world’s troubles, momentarily. Now, flash forward to today! What are we providing for the future other than foul language and meaningless rhythms? Profanity is what this time in history will mean, lyrically, of course. "

This article is very good, but it doesn't provide any argument from the other side. It just brutally rips it apart and gives it no fight back. This article has convinced me of its argument, because it explains its self out and gives you lots of reason and examples, plus it probably help that i already agreed with the topic. The writer could have let the other side fight back so it would have more of an argument in it. A counter argument that they could have used would be the positive side for modern day music, and the argument could be "Some songs still do have lots of meaning!".

I found the ending very effective because it ended with a little mission and had you motivated to pursuit it. It was really well written didn't have any spelling mistakes that I picked up on. Overall I really liked this article because it was about something that i notice and was interested in and it helped that it was well written and was relatable!

Yeah you. Mom?

My group and I chose the YouTube video "How to be Gangster" . We chose this video because it was close to my how to topic of "How to be Ghetto". I like this video because it gave me some idea's of what we could do in our video, plus it was hysterical! I think this video was very effective with getting its message across with instructions and humor. But something I would have done differently was that I would have used a better quality camera. The element that all "How to" videos have is that they are all teaching you how to do something. Some of the elements I found most effective were the humor, the dialogue and the actions the actors did.

How to be Ghetto!

So there's a Facebook group that says Miramichi is a "ghetto" so everyone thinks that they are "ghetto", but being ghetto is quite different than being from the ghetto. And here is a list to let all you wanna be "ghetto" people become one. And here's a list of things that will help you become "GHETTO FABULOUS"!!!
Step 1
"Bling" it up! Rhinestones, jewels, anything that sparkles or shines works great. There's no such thing as too much!
Step 2
Get a loud stereo system in your car. Play rap music as loud as you can. The greater the decibel level, the more ghetto. If it makes your car vibrate, that works. If it makes buildings around your car shake, even better.

Step 3
Invest in a "grill". Grills are dental fittings that are silver, gold, or have "bling". You not only want people to notice your amazingly expensive smile, you want to blind them with it.

Step 4
Dress the part. Anything with the label Ecko, Sean John, or Apple Bottom work. Ghetto is not sloppy, make sure everything is neatly pressed, even if it is 3 sizes too big.
Step 5
Wear chains around your neck. Make sure they are big. The more "bling" you have, the more ghetto you appear. For extra ghetto appeal, add a dollar sign charm.

Step 6
Get inked. Tattoos of "RIP" along with a name, even a portrait of someone lost to the streets.

Step 7
Learn the language. It's called ebonics. It's necessary to know how to communicate.

Step 8
Buy some ghetto sneakers. Think along the lines of Air Force Ones. Ghetto is not cheap. Make sure the brand name is visible.
Step 9
Pimp your ride. Invest at least twice as much as your car is worth in the rims, stereo system, and tinting. Install a DVD player in the back of your headrests, even if you don't have a backseat.
And if you follow these simple step you will become "ghetto" !

PS. You'll need money...lots of it because being ghetto isn't cheap.

Get your Cat Spayed/Neutered or it Will KILL YOU!!!! :O

http://www.kidk.com/news/local/92136594.html?tab=video

"Woman: My cat tried to kill me" defiantly is an interesting and different title that you don't see that often on the CNN news. I picked this video because it pretty much has everything that you need to have a exciting news video. It has an interesting title, the video is affective in getting its message across and keeps your attention while doing so, and it had a lots of cool picture and a interview with the victim.

I think that this video will help me with my jobs in the talon! Even though I do In-Depths and Peoples Pick, watching this video really helped me, it proved to me by having a strange and out there title you'll get attention. Plus it cover a lot of information with voice overs when show the woman's cuts and brusies from her cat. Also I learned that you can tell a sad and serious story with humor.

Finding Forrester Review

Finding Forrester is a film directed by Gus Van Sant, released December 19, 2000, and produced by Columbia Pictures. It starred a young Rob Brown and Anna Paquin, as well as world renowned actor Sean Connery. Although the movies was only limited released to theaters is still made $80,049,764 in the box office. The movie was well liked by critics and viewers alike, it received two thumbs up from Roger Ebert and Richard Roeper. Also it Richard Roeper considered it one of the 10 best films of 2000.

Finding Forrester is about Jamal, a 16 year old black boy who lives in a bad part of the Bronx. Jamal is a very intelligent young man but does not show it because none of his friends care, Jamal is also very good at basketball. One day Jamal is dared by his group of friends to sneak into the apartment of the creepy guy that lives up there, Jamal accepts the dare and sneaks up only to get caught by the man, and runs away but leaves his book bag behind. Jamal always kept his intelligent a secret until one day he is offered a scholarship to a high class private school in Manhattan, Jamal accepts the offer. After Jamal broke in the Apartment he develops a tough love friendship with the man who lives there. Near the end of the movie, Jamal's teachers believe that he copied a story he handed in and it jeopardizes his chances in staying at the Prep School.

Gus Van Sant has directed some of the best movies in the last decade and this one is no exception. Gus had made movies such as Milk and Good Will Hunting, both these movies like Finding Forrester deal with major conflicts and over coming huge obstacles in life to try to succeed.Although the movie doesn't have a lot of main characters the performances from Sean Conney and Rob Brown are outstanding. Plus the lesser characters played by Anna Paquin and Fahrid Murray Abraham really live an imprint on you and really help develop characters and conflicts.

Finding Forrester is pretty much one of those feel good movies where you get to see someone that almost never have a chance succeed in life.So you would think that the Message is "Never Give up" or something like "Everyone needs a Chance" but a I think that the message is more so "The Definition of Family". I believe this because throughout the movie you kind out that Jamal never really ever had a father figure and Forrester hasn't had much of a family since his brother left, and once these to meet up they're basically complete opposites, but as well all know opposites do connect. They form a strong bond because they both need something and they get what they need from each other, Jamal gets a father/mentor and Forrester gets a family. It also directs the message that family doesn't always have to be biological but can just be who is there for you and who you trust, support and love.

Overall Finding Forrester is a pretty good movie with a good message and good acting. It defiantly will be worth your time to watch.

Bonus ! Hospital Tour

So Wednesday basically all the class went to the hospital for a tour! We got to got to the morgue (It was uber creepy....just saying), sound proof room (kinda cool), and lots of other cool places, but my favorite place was to see was the plant. The entire tour they said they we might get to see this "plant", so I was expecting some big cool flowery tree type thing the entire time. So then once we got to where the plant was I was expect the flower tree crossbreed, but then I found out that it wasn't an actual a plant but a place where all the generators and power things are. At first I was slightly disappointed but once we started looking around and stuff, and it was pretty cool to see! Plus there was even a random tree chilling back there so I did get to see a "plant"!!!!! So it all ended up working out pretty well. :)

If you never do anything, you never become anyone*

http://blog.spout.com/2009/10/07/an-education-review/

An Education

An Education is a movie that I have wanted to see for a while. Its kind of one of those coming of age movies about being young, making desisions and the relizum of young love. Its set in London, during the 1960's.

Usually this kind of movie would appeal to me but for some reason this one did, I think it first appealed to me becasue I saw both the two main actors getting interveiwed on Jinny Fallon and I really like both of them, so I went and watched the movie trailer and read the review on line and really like it!

Another reason I chose this review is becase it summed up the movie really well, without giving it all away like other reviews did. Also i went in a little more depths about the plot and everything i really wanted to know before watching the movie to understand it a little better.

I Honously dont have a favorite kind of genre, but the movie's I like the most are always the ones that havbe it all like comedy, action, thrills, drama and some romance but not too much just enough. So if I got to chose a movie to do a reveiw on I probably do An Education becasue it has most of those things in it and if I did a reveiw on it that means that I get to see it !

Activities from allpoetry.com (Bonus)

The sky is blue...is this really true?

We'll I think we all know that the sky's basic color is blue but the sky changes color all the time!! The sky is sometimes a kind of pinkish, reddish or even purplish mix in the early morning or evening. It is also some
times grey on rainy, gloomy days. And everybody know that the sky is black at night. So saying that the sky is blue isn't always true.

When the Rain Falls

I absolutely love when it rains outside! I love the calm, and the serenity that you feel when its raining out. I love nothing more than to walk around in the rain in a shir
t and shorts and just soak up the water and breath in the smell, which brings me into another thing I love about it the smell. The clean and pure smell that the rain always leaves just I think is one of the best smell ever! After it rains the world always looks so much nicer like it was rejuvenated ! :)

Song lyric Stuck in your head

This song may not be on the top 40 countdown but its what I got stuck in my head is Ive Got A Theory from The Buffy Musical. Here is an extract from the song:

(Anya)
Ive got a theory it could be bunnies!.................
Bunnies aren't just cute like everyone supposes,
They got them hoppy little legs and twitchy little noses,
And whats with all the carrots?
What do they need such good eyesight for anyway?
Bunnies, Bunnies, it must be Bunnies!
.....Or maybe midgets?
I strongly recommend that you YouTube it!!! :D Its kind of funny.
Your world

In my idealistic world would be much like how i picture heaven, it would be vast grassy field surrounded by lush forests, and a big baby blue sky would be up above watching over. In my world everyone would be equal, different races, sexes and even sexual orientation. Everybody would be in a constant state of bliss, because they're would be no wars, diseases, or religions(my people would be spiritual still but just no array of religion). Everyone would have modest little houses, and they would only take what they need. I know this is a pretty unrealistic and surreal world but it would be mine if i could choose. :)

The Christmas Story !!! :D

Once upon a time, in a long and far away place lived a little family. There was the mama she was kind and beautiful, there was the papa and he was strong and brave, and then there was me and my sister Lashawndra we are both little and cute. They were a very loving and caring family but they didn't have much money so when it came to Christmas times were tough.
Every year around Christmas everyone would celebrate and decorate their houses and buy extravagant gifts for their children and family, except us, because we could a ford it so we only could use what we had, and we never had much. We would make everything we could and our parents always said it was nicer than all the other decorations the other families had. But I think they were just being nice.
Then one cold and quite winter our lives changed forever. One year when it was close to Christmas our papa went out in to the forest to get us the most beautiful Christmas tree, and he said he would be gone for about 2 days. So we waited patiently at home for him to get back but he didn't come back after the 2 days were up, so we started to worry. Mama pasted around the house for the next 3 days he was gone, she would go out and look for him in the morning and around dusk. This wasn't the Christmas we've been hoping for.

So as we started to give up hope because he had been gone for over a week, he came back. He arrived home all tired and dirty but he said he had a surprise for us. He told us to go back to the edge of the woods and look what he brought back, so we ran over and saw it. It was an enormous lush evergreen! It would be perfect, but then he said to look under it, so we did. There were bags and bags of gold, too! He said he found it in the forest and decided to bring it home, and that's what took him so long, lugging home all that gold and enormous tree.
We became very rich and moved into an extravagant house before Christmas, and then on Christmas morning after opening all they're presents the entire family realized that they were missing something. They all pondered about this and then they all realized that they didn't need the money they just needed each other. And they lived happily ever after together ! :)

It's going to be the greatest comeback...since Jesus

What about the bad guy?

Wilhelmina Slater is the conceited, self-absorbed diva and antagonist of the TV series Ugly Betty. For most people on the show Wilhelmina is the evil, soulless botox addict monster that they all want to stay away from and know that they must fear. But for me I see her as a beautiful, strong and clever, career driven woman that is just trying to get her self farther in the world.

I think Wilhelmina is a beautiful person inside and out! Although she seems hard and heartless on the out side there have been a few episodes where it gives you a glimpse of herself. It show us that she is caring, loving and actually does have a heart in episodes where her daughter comes, or when she actually helps Betty, or in just little thinks she says or does.

Wilhelmina is also very strong and clever. She has prove to be very strong on many occasions, such as when she was betrayed, or even more physical story's like when she went through surgery and was back in action an hour after she was done. She also gets mad sometimes and has a habit of destroying and throwing heavy objects such as ice sculptures. She is also very clever, and is always proving it by knowing things about people she works with, just by they way they look and that things/ habits they have.
Wilhelmina is extremely career driven woman. She has always been trying to farther her self in the fashion world, so she had to take some of the competition . In the real world we all know that you some times have to take out some of the competition. So everybody shouldn't think Willamina is a monster and a horrible person for destroying people to get what she wants, because we have all done that on one or more occasions.

Wilhelmina Slater is a beautiful, strong and clever, career driven woman. She may not show it all the time, but everybody should give her the chance because even the bad guys need someone to love them.

I laugh in the face of danger. Then I hide until it goes away

The Trade Off

If I could trade places with any fictional character I want I would defiantly be Zander Harris. Well for those who don't know who Zander Harris is he is Buffy's best friends from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I would trade places with Zander because he gets to be best friends with the Buffy, I'd get to be super funny and I could save the world... well kind of.

First reason I would trade with Zander would be because i would get to be best friends with Buffy!!! Buffy Is super pretty, nice, funny and not to mention the vampire slayer! She is also very caring and considerate so she would help me with personal reason or she could help me if i ever was attacked by vampires or demons.

Another reason i would trade with Zander would be because i would get some of his traits such as his humor and puns. I would love to be as funny as him and always have a really funny comebacks in any situation such as:

(Zander is being threatened)
Zander : Yeah, great knife. Although, I think, um, it may, technically, be a-a sword.
Jack : She's called Katie.
Zander : You gave it a girl's name. How very serial killer of you.
(After Zander being knocked out)
Zander : Woah I just saw my life flash before my eyes.... And i really need to get a life!

(After hearing Angel is hurt)
Zander : How is Angel?
[Buffy and Willow look at him]
Zander : Pretend I care.

And hopefully you see the humor in some of these quotes. Although Zanders comic genius isn't always appreciated on the show I always get a kick out of it.

The biggest and most important reason i would trade lives with Zander Harris is because he sometimes helps save the world sometimes! In the world of Zander they're always some demons or vampires out to try to destroy the world, and since Buffy is the vampire slayer she has the responsibility to stop them, but she always gets help from her friends to help! She always goes to Willow and Giles for help because Willows a witch and Giles is a super smart and can do spells as well but they always do need Zanders help whether it be moral support or even if he distracts the demons by letting them pumble him. He always helps in some way ! :D

So I would happy trade places with Zander Harris any day !!! Whether it be for the fact that I would have Buffy for a best friend, I would get to be super funny and quick on my feet. Plus is wouldn't hurt that I would get to help save the world every once in a while ! :)

The Human SUV with Snooki doing some Twilight bashing after winning the Lotto

Super Hero

Super hero's are people we all looked up to as were children, whether it be to super man, batman, wonder woman or cat woman. You may not like to admit it now but at one point in your life (hopefully when you were younger) you would run around the house pretending to be some amazing super hero that could always save the day. But whit those super hero days behind us we start to forget who some of them are that we use to love, but the ones you really loved always stay with you, and for me the one I always loved was The Human Torch.
I have always been fascinated with The Human Torch, and most super hero's, whether it be because they can fly, be completely engulfed in flame or why they are just soo awesome. The main reasons I pick The Human Torch would have to be because he can fly, and what great awesome super hero can`t fly?? (probably many but whatever) Also you could full ignite your self in flame and it is just cool and doesn't burn or anything!!! Plus The Human Torch was always super cool so that would be a bonus !

*The perfect mode of transportation

There are soo many different cars in the world today, there are luctury, sport, exotic, etc, but personally when it comes down to it i like cars that is nice, big and one that i feel safe and good at the same time. So I pick a 2010 Range Rover.

I picked a 2010 Range Rover becasue I love SUV's! I love SUV's becasue they're big and pretty and you get the best of both worlds with them, cuz the're like a car and truck in one!! But i pacifacly picked the Range Rover beacsue I absolutly love the look of them and they are just soo nice. But i wouldnt just settle for an average right off the essembly line one in would need my perfect mode of transportation to be made to soot my likings. I would like it to be a white color but not a dull one, but one that kind of shines a little to give it some extra pozaze! Then the rest would be pretty basic, heated tan leather interior, nice satilight stero system, and some nice crome detailing. That is the car of my dreams. :)

*Stranded

If I was stranded on an island and could only have one wish and that wish would be to wish some one on the island with me, it would be hard because this is a difficult decision. There are so many people I would like to meet and spend time with so I would have to pick very carefully. I think that it would come down between Snooki, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Oprah.
I would Pick Snooki because i love watching her and the rest of the cast of Jersey Shore all the time and laugh at them because they're so FREAKING crazy! Beating people up, getting tans, partying and fist pumping all the time, but on second thought I might not because she would to wild and probably go crazy from no spray on tan booths anywhere. So then my next chose would be Sarah Michelle Gellar, I think that she would be great to have on the island. I could talk to here about all here movies and TV shows she did *especially Buffy :)* and we would get along really well because we are both extremely loving people. But i wouldn't pick here because she has a little baby so i wouldn't want to take her away from her, so now after considering my choices I think Oprah would be best!!! We could relax on the beach and talk about all her fame and money and we could even watch Precious together !!! Also she would be perfect because she has no one at home to worry about, except fr Gail but she can handle her. plus after we were stuck on the island for about a week or two we would be found, because it is after all Oprah and the world would desperately search for he until she is found. Then after we returned home she would realize how awesome I am and have me on her show, and I would be her best friend in stead of Gail!!!! *Laughs maniacally*

*It is Twilight time

The movie saga Twilight has took the world by storm with it huge fan base, but for me not sooo much. When i think of vampires I like to think of tough, mysterious, dangerous, funny but with some sex appeal too, like the vampires from Buffy and True Blood. Not some sparkly and pasty vampire that looks constipated all the time, such as the ones in Twilight. I also like the people in my Vampire shows to be able to act, like Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer (True Blood) and Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alyson Hannigan (Buffy), not like Kristen Steward in Twilight.

One change...

This month has been pretty average not much has happen so if i could change one thing about it I would make something EXTRAORDINARY happen!!! Like Winning the lotto!
I would pick winning the lotto because money can buy you happiness!!! Just kidding, I really picked it because you can always use come extra money! Extra money would be key because we buy a new house and the new car we were considering buying and also could buy anything i wanted (but not too much because i really wouldn't need that much after getting the new house and what not). Plus I could send Money to Haiti and Chile!!

The Pigs that Pushed Their Sibling out the Window! :O

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs. There was Curly. He was the oldest. There was Wurly. He was the smartest. And then there was Flo. She was the favorite pig.Their mother loved Flo the best. Curly, Wurly and Flo lived with their mother in a high-rise apartment building in New York City. Their apartment was on the 75th floor. The pigs didn’t mind this because they’re was an elevator that opened right in front of their apartment door. It was on the days that there elevator wasn’t working, that the pigs suffered.Their little hoofs would be aching by the time they reached their apartment.Their mother would have to have little hoof baths waiting for her three little pigs when they finally reached the top. Of course, Flo always got the warmest hoof bath because she was their mother’s favorite. One day, Mama Pig sent the three pigs to the store to buy apples for there dinner. She gave them a list of items that she needed. She also gave them their allowance, and she told them that they could buy their favorite candy which they would eat for their dessert. The three pigs put on their jackets (it was winter). They put on their gloves and scarves. Next, it was time to put on their boots.Curly slipped on his bright red leather boots over his red and yellow polka dot socks.Wurly, being the most intelligent, slipped on his waterproof, fully lined boots over his white socks.Curly and Wurly were ready and waiting for their sister. She could not find her boots."Curly and Wurly," she said, "have you seen my boots?"Curly and Wurly looked at each other and then they looked at their sister."I’ll tell you where they are," said Wurly, "if you’ll give us your allowance to hold while you go and get them.""Okay," agreed Flo as she handed the boys her allowance."They're your boots, over there," said Curly. "Where?" asked Flo suspiciously."Over there!" squealed the boys as they pointed to the window in their living room."They're over there behind that curtain." Flo slowly walked toward the window. They boys followed closely behind their sister. Just as she reached the window, Curly opened the window and Wurly pushed Flo through. Curly and Wurly squealed with delight as they’re sister fell 75 floors. Curly and Wurly were thrilled that their plan worked. They were rid of Flo and they had her money! Luckily for Flo, she landed on a huge snow pile and was not hurt. Her brothers were not so fortunate. Mama Pig heard the commotion, ran into the living room and, when she realized what they had done, sent the boys to live with their Uncle Oscar Mayer.Uncle Oscar always knew what to do with bad little pigs. The boys protested. They were just doing Flo a favor by helping her find her boots; it wasn’t their fault that she was clumsy. But Mama would not listen to their excuses and off they went to Uncle Oscar’s. Flo and Mama Pig still live on the 75th floor of the apartment building in New York City, and they're very happy there. Now Flo gets her brothers’ allowance since they're not there.

Heaven

Heaven has countless definitions of how it looks and what it is like. And everyone has their own opinion and this is mine.I think that heaven is a big field, full of lush green grass that goes up to your ankles, with beautiful trees surrounding it, that blow with the light breeze. And the sky is baby blue with soft clouds that are as light as a feather floating up above. And you can roam around careless and free in peace because you have absolutely nothing to fear, because after all this is heaven. Everything and everyone that ever died is up there and there only a shout away at all times so your never alone. That is what I think heaven is.

Time Capsule

If I had to pick five things to put in a time capsule that will be open in 2110, describing what it was like to live in 2010. The first thing that I would put in it was a photo album, of pictures of me, my friends, the community and the world, to show what it was like to the people of the future because chances are that it wont be the same in 100 years. The second thing i would put in would be a couple news article that describe whats happening in the world right now so that they could imagine what it was like to live in 2010. The third thing I would put in would be some clothes, so that they would know how people dressed. The fourth thing I would put in would be a couple DVDs or Cd's with some of my favorite TV shows, movies and songs, so they could find out how much all of it has changed over the years. Then the fifth and final thing I would do would be line the box with lolcats, so I can hopefully give them a laugh and they would know how funny they were.

Dear people of the future,

The 5 Best lolcats

You might no know what an "lolcat" is so I'm going to explain it to you. A "lolcat"is simply a picture of a cat that has funny or idiotic caption on it,usually spelt wrong to add humor. Lolcats have become a non-commercialized phenomena in the last 5 years, but lolcats have been around since 1905!!!! So this is my list of the 5 BEST lolcats!

5. Bipedal cat
This is one of my my favorite because it is just a very funny picture with a really clever caption. I also liked it because at the time I found it I was studying evolution in school so I got it. This also proves another point about lolcats, and that is that they sometimes are education!!! Plus they're funny.

4. Elderly Kitteh
Elderly Kitteh is amazing because of the homely old cat sitting in the background looking at the girl with such loathing it could not be any funnier!! Also this is one of those pictures you cant set up it was just pure luck!

3. Hai 5
Hai 5 kitten defiantly made it on the list because it is a ginger cat, and who doesn't love ging cats? It also made the list because it has the typical lolcat spelling, spelt very poorly.

2. Christina Ricci Cat
Although this one isn't number 1 this is possibly my favorite lolcat of all time!!! Probably due to the cats resemblen to the actress Christina Ricci! This is also a very good example of an lolcat because it is disapproving of something like many others do, but this one is just that much funnier because how it looks.

1. I Can Has Cheezburgar?
This is number 1 because it was one of the first lol cats and it was the start to all the lolcats we have today! This picture surfaced in the 2000s and instantly became popular and it lead to many lolcats that we have today! It may be very simple and random but it still is funny and makes you smile. Also the major website that lolcats are one is named after this picture !

Here's a link to my favorite lolcats website http://icanhascheezburger.com/ !!!!! :D

Bye Bye Edward :)

I would like to pitch the idea of adding a new character to the next movie in the Twilight franchise. I think that since the Twilight is such a huge world wide success that we can go wrong with what ever we do to it, so if we add another character it can only help it become a bigger success! So I know you've all been wondering who I'm going to add to it and i would like top add none other that Buffy the vampire Slayer!
Buffy would be an amazing character to add to the "talented" cast. She would be basically the same as she was in her own show when it was on. Buffy will be a funny, happy, out going and strong woman in he early twenties that makes funny puns. She will have long dirty blond hair, lightly tanned skin and will have a beautiful face, and that brings me to the new thing, who she will be played by? We will ask none other than Sarah Michelle Gellar to reprise her role as Buffy.
We will bring Buffy to play in the movie by saying that she told that there is a Vampire there that she must slay. She will arrive at Forks, Washington and attend school there so that she can blend in to learn more about the Vampire she must kill and how she must do it. Then Buffy will find out that the vampire she must kill is Edward Cullen. She soon learns that he lives with a family of vampires and has an ugly and dozy girlfriend named Bella, and watches them throughout the day and night and finds out that his family and girlfriend will be no problem to get by to kill Edward. So late one night she goes to the his house to kill him and she sneaks past his family easily then is caught by Bella who says "Why do you want to hurt Edward?" and she responds with "Have you met him?", so then she swiftly and skillfully drop kicks Bella in the face. Finally she gets to Edwards room and then stakes him! Then they all live happily ever after in a Edward free world!
I know you may think that this idea may not work but look at it this way. It would still bring in a lot of money, like all the Twilight fans and now Buffy fans would come see it, you could double the merchandising, now Team Edward, Jacob and Buffy shirts and not to mention all the toys that can be made! Also it would get a lot of buzz from people for probably being soo controversial because it doesn't follow the books and all, and that would give it a lot of publicity.
So if you want to add a character to any movie it be Buffy to Twilight. Whether it be to make the story line better, getting some new fans or to get some publicity. I think my way is the best way to go with the Twilight Franchise!
